Lake Forest Lacrosse Association is a nonprofit Illinois organization serving boys from kindergarten through high school with travel teams, three-season training and advanced clinics. Its philosophy separates training from game time: practices are where players earn opportunities by improving fundamentals, consistency and team execution. The program also stresses sportsmanship and learning to communicate directly with coaches, treating lacrosse as a place to build life skills as well as technical ability. Competitive team goals and individual development are expected to coexist.
