Oilers Lacrosse launched under its current name in 2018 but traces its development system through several earlier Connecticut training programs. Its mission is to provide a highly instructional and motivational model for players of different ages and abilities. The “360” approach combines lacrosse, athletic performance and academic support, with many services housed under one roof at the program’s Milford training facility. Year-round instruction and recruiting guidance can be added according to a player’s needs rather than following one fixed pathway for every family.
