South Carroll Select grew out of the South Carroll Youth Lacrosse program as a way to offer year-round, club-style competition without separating players from their local community. The program intentionally favors local practices and Greater Baltimore-area events to reduce unnecessary travel while keeping teammates together beyond the recreational season. Its “we not me” philosophy is tied to perseverance, integrity, resilience and teamwork, with the larger goal of developing confident players who remain connected to their home program.
