As a parent, I was impressed by how competitive this program is and the talent it attracts. The coaching and level of play are clearly strong. That said, my biggest concern is the club's apparent philosophy around roster building. It feels like success at the younger age groups is used to build the program's reputation, only for many of those same players to eventually be replaced by recruits from other clubs as the recruiting years approach. As a parent, it's hard not to wonder whether today's younger players are simply developing the team until stronger outside talent is brought in. If you're considering this club, I'd ask direct questions about player development, roster stability, and how much emphasis is placed on recruiting versus developing the players already in the program.
