Arsenal Lacrosse Club was created to grow the game in the Upper Hudson Valley while providing a competitive and well-rounded player experience. The program emphasizes clear expectations, commitment and holistic development, with the goal of helping athletes improve on the field while building habits and qualities that support success away from lacrosse as well.
