CT Grizzlies is a Lower Fairfield County girls program serving players from youth through high school. Its mission is summarized as “Develop & Deliver,” with the goal of helping each athlete maximize her potential as a player, student-athlete and young woman. Team and individual skill development, competitive club opportunities, leadership, resilience and recruiting guidance for older players are all part of the pathway, with lacrosse used as a setting to build confidence and life skills as well as performance.
