Dynasty Elite is a girls program founded in 2018 from the earlier Dynasty Youth model. Its mission centers on the total student-athlete, combining technical development, lacrosse IQ and competitive play with accountability, service, character and a growth mindset. Year-round training and tournaments are paired with an individualized recruiting process for older athletes, with the organization emphasizing the right athletic, academic and personal fit rather than a one-size-fits-all college pathway.
