FLG Lacrosse is a Long Island girls program that describes its athletes as “studletes”—players expected to grow on the field, in the classroom and in their communities. Year-round select teams run from introductory youth ages through high school, with training, speed and agility work, position development and recruiting support built into the pathway. Leadership, teamwork, friendship, work ethic and community service are central to FLG’s mission, making personal development part of the club experience alongside competitive lacrosse.
