Florida Generals Select Lacrosse is built around age-appropriate development rather than tournament results alone. Younger players work on core stick skills and team concepts, 14U athletes begin preparing for the transition to high-school lacrosse, and the high-school program adds position-specific instruction and higher-speed decision-making. The organization also identifies teamwork, discipline, integrity, academic growth and respect for the game as part of its mission, with opportunities ranging from developmental teams to competitive travel play.
