Gold Star Lacrosse is a year-round girls program based in the Medway, Massachusetts area and serving players from roughly third through eleventh grade. Its development model begins with correct stick-work fundamentals and gradually adds more advanced individual and team skills, including communication, transition play, team offense and team defense. Practices are intended to be both competitive and enjoyable, while older athletes can also receive guidance through the college recruiting process. Hard work, commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship and academics are all part of the program’s stated expectations.
