GRIT is a Texas girls lacrosse club founded in Dallas in 2017 and later expanded into Houston and Austin. The organization describes its player-development system as education-based, with year-round training, travel teams, camps, clinics, Sixes and recruiting events available across different ages. Its name also serves as the club’s values framework: Growth, Resilience, Integrity and Team. Those four ideas shape a program that links technical improvement with a team-first mentality, sportsmanship and the ability to respond constructively to challenges.
