HOCO Lacrosse is the highest level of competitive lacrosse offered within Howard County’s long-running recreation system. As a nonprofit program under Howard County Recreation & Parks, HOCO combines year-round training and competition with a stated goal of keeping the club experience affordable. Player development is the central priority at the youth level, while the club also emphasizes being a better teammate, maintaining a positive growth environment and supporting multi-sport athletes. The program describes its culture as fun, encouraging, social and family-like across both boys and girls teams.
