Indiana All-Stars was created to grow lacrosse across the state by giving players and coaches more opportunities to develop, compete and build community. Its operating principles are unusually clear: develop leaders, build community and compete. Player development includes position-specific skill work, footwork, lacrosse IQ and situational training, while the club also uses high-level events and showcases to expand exposure for older athletes. The program began with a winter development camp and has since grown into graduation-year teams tied to the Project Midwest pathway.
