iQ Lacrosse was founded in Central Ohio in 2021 with one clear mission: player development at all levels. The name reflects the program’s focus on the mental side of lacrosse—spacing, timing, communication, decision-making and understanding why movements happen rather than simply repeating drills. The lowercase “i” represents humility and selflessness, reinforcing a no-egos, team-first culture. Training is intentionally coached and corrected, with purposeful repetitions for beginners and more advanced position-specific work for experienced players.
