Lax Plus is a girls club serving the Hartford, Connecticut and Springfield, Massachusetts region, with programming that spans youth through high school. Its philosophy is built around individual player and team development, relationship-building and regular feedback. Players are exposed to different coaching styles within a program-wide curriculum, while older athletes receive more position-specific evaluation and recruiting education. The club aims to prepare players for their next lacrosse experience by combining clear expectations, fast-paced practices and long-term development.
