Legacy Lacrosse in Virginia Beach is built around three core values: respect, integrity and commitment. The program serves boys and girls and describes its mission as developing players through perseverance, resilience, teamwork and a whole-athlete approach. Younger players can learn the game through local youth programming, while middle- and high-school club teams add structured training and selected competitive opportunities without requiring a full-year travel commitment. Confidence, character and growth are treated as central to the experience.
