Leverage Lacrosse is a nonprofit organization serving coastal North Carolina with boys and girls programming from elementary school through high school. The club’s mission is to grow the game in a positive learning environment while developing fundamentally sound, team-first players. Camps, clinics, leagues, club teams and coaching education all sit within the same organization. Leverage describes player growth as something that develops over time through consistent reinforcement, giving athletes room to progress according to their ability and desire rather than a one-size-fits-all system.
