Long Island Express Lacrosse is part of the Express Lacrosse organization, whose development approach emphasizes individual skill work, fundamentals and game understanding in a competitive but enjoyable environment. Training places particular focus on field sense, lacrosse IQ and off-ball play, with the goal of giving athletes a strong technical foundation as they progress to higher levels of competition.
