Founded in 1996, Madlax has grown into a national lacrosse organization offering regional and national teams, camps, clinics, leagues, showcases and tournaments. Its identity is built around “Play With Passion,” but the development model also includes advanced teaching, recruiting support and the C.A.S.E. framework—character, attitude, success and effort. Youth players are introduced to those expectations early, while older athletes move into more competitive team and college-placement pathways. The club treats lacrosse development and character development as connected parts of the same experience.
