Founded in 1999 as Massachusetts’ first girls club lacrosse program, Mass Elite has grown from one travel team into a year-round development organization serving youth and high-school players. The primary goal is student-athlete development, supported by practices, leagues, tournaments, recruiting events and additional individual training resources. Mass Elite describes its players as understated, fearless and humble, with hard work, commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship and academic achievement all part of the standard. Multi-sport athletes are encouraged while the club continues to prepare high-school players for collegiate opportunities.
