

Midwest Top Gun is organized around “regional development and national opportunity.” Players develop through local Top Gun programs before earning access to Midwest showcase teams and broader Team America opportunities. Training combines fundamentals, position work, athleticism, lacrosse IQ and compete level with physical preparation and mental performance. As players get older, recruiting becomes a larger piece of the experience, but the pathway begins much earlier with age-appropriate development, confidence and team concepts rather than exposure alone.
