Minnesota Elite was formed in 2011 to create a competitive girls program capable of preparing Minnesota players for national-level lacrosse. It has since expanded from high-school teams into youth and middle-school development while continuing to offer year-round training, camps and clinics to the wider girls lacrosse community. The program explicitly supports multi-sport athletes and describes complete player development as its objective. Competitive travel, skill work and an inclusive team culture all sit inside the same pathway from younger players through high school.
