MINT was created through Creator Sports California to give Los Angeles-area players another avenue for development, competition and exposure. The program selects athletes through tryouts without regard to their home club and then gives each player direct feedback on strengths, weaknesses and areas to improve. Its stated aim is to help Southern California players expand their knowledge base, competitive edge and national opportunities while maintaining an individual development plan within the team environment.
