NC Aces is a girls program built for selected players in the 2028, 2029 and 2030 classes. Its approach combines lacrosse training, fitness and mental performance with individual analytical data so athletes can identify strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. Rather than relying only on tournament results, the program uses measurable performance information as part of its preparation for collegiate-level lacrosse. Players compete together at high-level national events while continuing to work on the physical, technical and mental sides of the game.
