New Jersey Lacrosse Club has been developing players since 2011 from its base in Allentown, New Jersey. The club’s philosophy favors skills and development over chasing championships or status, with up-tempo practices designed to resemble real game situations and improve both individual play and team concepts. NJLC complements town, middle-school and high-school programs with year-round training, competitive tournaments and recruiting support. A family atmosphere, positive instruction and helping players find the correct level of competition are recurring themes in the club’s own description of its program.
