Founded in 2010, NJLT was created to raise the standard of lacrosse coaching and player development in New Jersey. Its pathway runs from beginners building a foundation to advanced players working through position-specific training, competitive teams, camps and clinics. NJLT’s own language emphasizes proper fundamentals, technique, confidence and resilience, with training adjusted as players progress rather than treating every athlete the same. The result is a player-first model intended to help athletes train harder, play smarter and keep developing both their skill set and their understanding of the game.
