North Coast Lacrosse’s Nomads were created as a Northeast Ohio summer travel team drawing players from several counties and communities. The program centers on three ideas—commitment, teamwork and friendship—while keeping player development and love of the game as the competitive foundation. Team connection and communication are treated as important parts of performance, and the club’s public message stresses the value of learning how individual contributions fit into a larger group.
