Northstar Lacrosse Club has operated in the Midwest since 2023 with boys high-school, youth and box programming. The organization describes its approach as family-first and development-driven, recognizing that players may enter with different goals—from improving their individual game to pursuing highly competitive opportunities. Northstar is also connected to the American Lacrosse Collective and Team America, giving selected athletes access to additional national competition and recruiting support without making those pathways the only definition of success.
