Old Line Elite was created around a “back to basics” view of club lacrosse. The Maryland program describes itself as a collection of like-minded players, families and coaches who value focused development, efficient training and individual attention over simply piling up events. Quality reps are favored over quantity, and the club wants athletes to train hard while still experiencing other parts of youth sports and life. High-school teams attend recruiting events, while youth players are challenged regionally and through the spring HOCO season.
