

Today’s Ottawa Capitals were revived in 2012 as a youth and high-school lacrosse program, borrowing a name with roots in Ottawa sport dating back more than a century. The modern club is built around helping players advance in both athletics and academics through advanced fundamentals, strategy, exposure and competition in Canada and the United States. Sportsmanship, teamwork and community involvement are part of the program’s broader development message, with older athletes also receiving support around prep-school and college opportunities.
