P3 Lacrosse organizes its identity around three instructions: “Play Hard. Play Smart. Play Together.” Playing hard means competing with intensity and sportsmanship; playing smart means learning situational awareness and making better decisions; playing together means developing individual skills in service of the team. The Colorado program adds frequent training opportunities, confidence-building and a no-cut philosophy, creating a club environment intended to develop players without making tournament selection the only measure of progress.
