PRIDE Girls Lacrosse is a year-round Northern Virginia travel program serving players from youth through high school. Its name doubles as a values framework: Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination and Excellence. Skill development is a major part of the club’s identity, including a 4SQUARE training system that combines stick work, strength, speed and strategy. The program also stresses team-based play, sportsmanship and confidence, with the larger mission of helping girls become strong teammates and capable young women on and off the field.
