Project KC organizes its mission around three goals: get better every day, provide an amazing experience and become better young men. The Kansas City program measures success through individual and team growth rather than results alone, with development opportunities ranging from beginner “Futures” programming to competitive travel teams and a pathway into broader Missouri and Midwest opportunities. Repetition, quick decision-making and progressively more live play shape the younger development model, while older players gain additional exposure and recruiting support.
