South Jersey Shamrocks is a boys and girls program built around creating a positive lacrosse experience while preparing athletes for increasingly competitive levels of play. Its published goals extend beyond skill development to sportsmanship, teamwork, maturity and competitiveness, with an emphasis on honoring the game and contributing to the local lacrosse community. The club presents development as both an athletic and personal process, with youth players building toward the demands of high school and potentially college lacrosse.
