Stallions West is part of Stallions Lacrosse Club, a Southern New England program that organizes age groups around shared instruction rather than treating each roster as a separate development track. When two teams exist at an age level, they practice within the same age-group structure and receive the same technical and tactical curriculum. The club describes its standards around effort, attitude, engagement and growth, with roster movement kept fluid so players can earn additional opportunities as they develop.
