Steelhead Lacrosse Club in Illinois organizes its philosophy around what it calls the five C’s of success: commitment, communication, culture, competitiveness and consistency. On the field, that translates into fundamentals, individual development, position-specific training and year-round academy work in small groups. The club also emphasizes teamwork, leadership and work ethic, and maintains partnerships with several community programs so players can continue representing their local lacrosse organizations while accessing additional club-level development.
