Founded in 2004, Team 180 is a Colorado girls lacrosse program serving athletes from elementary school through high school across the Front Range. Its age progression is intentionally different at each stage: younger players are encouraged to “play lots of sports,” middle-school athletes shift toward improving skills, and high-school teams compete at a higher level. Team 180’s longer-term philosophy centers on keeping groups together, building accountability and trust, and developing players both individually and as part of a team.
