Team Carolina is a Charlotte-based boys travel program serving players from roughly second through eleventh grade and welcoming athletes from across the Carolinas and beyond. Its structure includes Red, White and Futures teams under one program, creating different competitive pathways while keeping players within the same overall development system. The club presents itself as a college-prep and placement program, with year-round lacrosse and a progression designed to develop both players and teammates before recruiting becomes a larger part of the experience.
