Legend Lacrosse began in Central Texas in 2019 as an offseason option for high school girls and has since expanded to multiple youth and high school teams. Its practices are built around high-rep, high-intensity work in a relaxed, upbeat environment. The club’s own language puts a strong emphasis on playing as a team rather than as individuals, building confidence in young women, working hard and enjoying the game. Summer and fall programming gives players additional opportunities to train and compete outside the school season.
