Trilogy Lacrosse began with player camps in New Jersey and has grown into a broader lacrosse education and events organization. Its programming includes camps, club opportunities, individual player training, showcases, box lacrosse, leagues, tournaments and team-focused training. Trilogy describes its teaching method as a combination of intellectual understanding, physical learning and enjoyment of the game, with the goal of helping players become more complete athletes and teammates.
