True Mass Central is a girls lacrosse program within True Lacrosse’s Massachusetts network, serving youth and high school players. The regional model is designed to provide a structured environment for athletes at different stages of development, from introductory clinics through competitive team play and college-recruiting support. Training follows True Lacrosse’s year-round approach, with an emphasis on continued skill development, competitive experience and helping players identify an appropriate pathway as they progress through the program.
