True National is the advanced national program within True Lacrosse, bringing together selected players from the organization’s regional and state teams. The program serves boys and girls from youth through high school and is structured as a year-round commitment. Players are identified through national ID events, regional participation and recommendations, then train and compete at a national level. True’s website highlights additional training, major tournament and event opportunities, recruiting support and continued student-athlete development as central parts of the National experience.
