True Roughriders traces its Pennsylvania program to the RoughRiders organization, which expanded into West Chester in 2013 after beginning in Maryland. The program was created to develop youth and high school players through competitive club lacrosse while helping athletes prepare for higher levels of the game. Its structure combines player development, team competition and tournament opportunities, with teams selected through open evaluations.
