True Upstate is part of True Lacrosse’s New York programming and provides training and team-development opportunities for players in the Upstate New York region. The program operates within True’s broader player-development model, which serves athletes across different ages and skill levels through structured practices, skills training, evaluations and tournament competition. True Upstate also offers offseason training opportunities, allowing players to continue developing outside their school season. Athletes can progress through local and regional programming while gaining access to True’s wider national pathway and recruiting resources.
